Dextube’s stainless cylinder tube for pneumatic and hydraulic. The products have high surface quality and excellent dimensional accuracy. The inside and outside roughness reaches Ra 0.4um and tolerance of inner and outer diameter can be 0.05mm.
Dextube is manufactured according to ASTM A269 with the specific purpose of servicing pneumatic cylinder industries. In order to insure perfect ovality, surface finish and the target values for hardness, tensile and yield strength and elongation, the mother tube is precision cold-drawn in multiple stages. Stainless steel pneumatic cylinder tubes are offered in either imperial or ISO metric sizes.
Grades: TP304, TP304L, TP316L, Other grades can be offered on request.
Standards: ASTM A269
Outside diameter range from 7mm ~ 65mm
Wall thickness range from 0.5mm ~ 1.5mm
Ellipticity: ≤0.03mm
Straightness: ≤1mm/m
Length: Usually will take fixed 3000mm or Random Length (on request).
Packing: With Plastic packing or with our special net packing in case of crash.
